A Winter Retreat

On December 1st 2018, myself and friend Katie (founder of Honest Skincare) hosted our first seasonal retreat in the relaxed & calming setting of Katie’s home.

It was a day to gather and create with other like-minded individuals, to reflect on the year and invest some time in our own well-being before the frenzy of the festive season began.

Our winter retreat was the first of what we hope will be many more; a day to mark the start of each season where we ‘Rest, Reflect & Rebalance’ ourselves by means of creativity, community and delicious food.
