Birmingham Botanical Gardens
At my photography workshops I often stress to people the importance of regular practice being key to becoming a better photographer.
Even in my own photography - aside from work, getting my camera out and taking pictures daily is vital to developing my skills as well as nurturing my love of it.
I did this recently whilst spending the morning mooching round Birmingham Botanical Gardens with my Mum. I thought I’d share some of my favourite shots from the day. There’s something very beautiful about the form, shape and tones of the leaves and plants they have there and they make great photography subjects.
