Documenting the days
We've just spent a brilliant couple of weeks whilst the girls have been off school, chilling out, seeing family and exploring new places and old favourites. Below are a collection of some of the photos I snapped. Starting off back at one of our favourite places, Hidcote Gardens (and here's when we visited it last year ).
Feeling very inspired and motivated by the beautiful gardens here we got home and attempted to have a good go at our own little plot in the garden. Although the only thing these two were good at were finding the worms! :)
We spent some time down in Hove/Brighton to get that all important sea air in our lungs and hang out with the family. Of course, it's always a good idea to visit the Lanes whilst we're there. :)
(I love this shot of my sister herding the kids through Brighton train station.)
There was even time to drag the kids round a car boot AND flea market... at least it's a cheap day out! But obviously I'm loving that the season for these are back, although so much for finding things to put in my shop - so far I'm keeping everything I've found! :)
Finally... my sister and I took some time during the holidays to create a website for her brilliant quilts, textiles & upholstery business. We did a little photoshoot and took a trip to her fab little studio in Hove (pictured below).
I hope you'll take 5 minutes to check out the wonderful new RB - Quilts & Textiles website and give her a like or two.
Hope you had a great Easter break too! x
