Germany visit
Over half term we took a trip over to Stuttgart, Germany to visit our friends. It was a gorgeous weekend, good company, beautiful weather and amazing light and colours everywhere.
I took my lovely, light 35mm camera instead of lugging my heavy digital one round everywhere. But the pictures below are taken on my trusty phone.... and came out quite well, so I thought I'd share. You'll have to wait for the film to be developed to see those :)
Whilst visiting the stunning town of Tubingen, we discovered this gem of a shop, which basically encapsulates everything I think a good shop should. All the items were made with natural materials, displayed beautifully and many of them hand-loomed, woven or sewn.
Here is a perfect example of beautifully made, quality products that last and don't damage the environment. It's always been my intention to use natural, eco friendly materials where possible in my own shop, they're always so much nicer anyway. So I was very inspired and could have easily spent a small fortune in here!
